Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS):
ABC Care LLC offers a range of in-home support services designed to enhance the well-being and independence of our clients. We provide respite care to give primary caregivers a break, attendant care for daily assistance with hygiene and mobility, and personal care for hands-on support with grooming and self-care. Our companion care services foster social engagement and emotional well-being, while direct care ensures personalized, one-on-one assistance. Additionally, our homemaker care helps maintain a clean and comfortable home with tasks like laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Respite Care (RSP): Temporary relief for primary caregivers, ensuring their loved ones receive quality care in their absence.
- Attendant Care (ATC): Assistance with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility support, and basic health monitoring.
- Personal Care (PC): Hands-on assistance with grooming, bathing, dressing, and other essential self-care tasks.
- Companion Care (CC): Providing emotional support, social engagement, and companionship to enhance quality of life.
- Direct Care: One-on-one assistance tailored to meet specific client needs.

Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Services:
ABC Care LLC is proud to be fully credentialed to provide services through Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We work alongside families, support coordinators, and care teams to help individuals with developmental disabilities live safe, healthy, and meaningful lives within their homes and communities.
The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) empowers individuals with developmental disabilities to live self-directed, fulfilling lives while receiving the support they need to thrive.
ABC Care provides compassionate in-home care services to eligible individuals who are enrolled in the DDD program.
The DDD program supports individuals diagnosed with one of the following developmental disabilities:
• Autism
• Cerebral Palsy
• Epilepsy
• Cognitive or Intellectual Disability
• Down Syndrome
• Children under the age of six who are at risk of developing a developmental disability
Through DDD services, individuals can receive support that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life.
As an approved provider, ABC Care LLC offers a variety of services designed to support both individuals and their families, including:
