Now Offering DDD Services: Supporting Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in Arizona

At ABC Care LLC, we are proud to announce that we are now fully credentialed to provide services through Arizona’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This important milestone allows us to expand our support to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Our mission has always been to help individuals live with dignity, independence, and purpose, and becoming a DDD provider allows us to continue that mission for even more members of our community.

What Is the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)?

The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is a program administered through the Arizona Department of Economic Security. The program helps individuals with developmental disabilities live self-directed, healthy, and meaningful lives by providing services and support that promote independence and community participation.

DDD services are designed to assist individuals and their families by providing resources, care services, and guidance to help individuals thrive in their homes and communities.

Who Qualifies for DDD Services?

DDD supports individuals who have been diagnosed with one of the following developmental disabilities:

  • Autism
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Epilepsy
  • Cognitive or intellectual disabilities
  • Down syndrome

Children under the age of six who are considered at risk of developing a developmental disability may also qualify for early intervention services.

These services are designed to help individuals develop life skills, maintain independence, and improve overall quality of life.

How ABC Care Supports Individuals Enrolled in DDD

As a fully credentialed DDD provider, ABC Care LLC is able to offer compassionate in-home support services tailored to the needs of each individual and their family.

  • Attendant Care (ATC) – Assistance with daily living activities
  • Respite Services – Temporary relief for family caregivers
  • Habilitation Services (HAH) – Skill-building and support to enhance daily living and independence.
